“I joined Living Yoga and starting practicing yoga for the first time a months ago at the age of 50. I only wish I had started years ago. I have more strength and flexibility, move easier, am less stressed and am sleeping better. I’m more appreciative of my imperfect body and move more mindfully in my daily activities.
