Loving Living Yoga Series
Like most small businesses, Living Yoga has experienced financial hardship due to the pandemic. We have a deep desire to carry on our mission of inspiring all people to take care of themselves so they can live their highest purpose. We believe that it is when people are at their best that they are able to serve and make a positive impact in the world.
Our Loving Living Yoga series are gentle yoga classes delivered to you in the studio (limit 6) or in comfort of your home via Zoom. You can choose to pay $10, $18, or $25 for each class. You can even gift a class for a family member or friend and practice “together”. The proceeds will help Living Yoga during this difficult time and give you the opportunity to receive a beautiful practice. Thank you for supporting your yoga hOMe.
Ahimsa | February 3 | 7:00pm
Our first Loving Living Yoga practice of 2021 is Ahimsa, the first of the five Yamas. The Yamas make up the the first “Limb” of Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga and consist of five restraints for living well. Ahimsa means “non-violence”. Together we will explore how to live life in a way that does no harm to others or to ourselves. You may choose to practice with us on Zoom or in the studio. Registration closes 6 hours prior to the start of class. If you register for the Zoom option, you will receive an email with the Zoom link 30 minutes prior to class. Please log on at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class. If you are coming to the studio, please arrive 10 minutes prior to the beginning of class and follow our Covid-19 studio protocol by wearing a mask until you are on your mat.
