If you have welcomed a little bundle of joy into your life in the past year, you are a busy parent! You may feel pulled in many different directions and long for more time to really bond and connect with your baby. We invite you to step away from it all and spend some special time with your baby in Baby and Me – a yoga class for parents and their babies. Yoga experience is not necessary! This is a relaxed class where you have fun with your baby and meet new parents like you who know the importance of carving time out to really BE with their babies. You will leave feeling better, lighter and more relaxed – and your baby will, too!
It’s time to play yoga! Come have fun spending time with your little one at Little Yogis. This class is for parents (or other caregivers) and their toddlers to pre-school aged children. Stories, movement, stillness and more make this class fun, meaningful and a very special time for both parents and their little ones! We all want our children to feel good and perform at their best. You MATter is a program designed to help children learn tools in a fun way that will help them manage stress, calm themselves and be more positive and confident through physical movement, breathing exercises and relaxation. We believe only good things happen when children learn to take care of themselves, value themselves, and believe that they do, indeed matter. Imagine having the skills to calm yourself down before a big test. Imagine feeling confident to stand up for yourself when faced with adversity. Imagine looking in the mirror and liking who you see. These are all goals of the You MATter program. Our intention is to empower our children because they are the world’s future.
